This is as scene from suicide which covers all the aspects of CLAMPS (Costume, Lighting, Actor/Action, Movement, Props, Setting) which shows Harley Quinn attempting to escape with her lover, The Joker, however she doesn't succeed in the end.

Costume:

Costume in this scene seems to be effective for the audience seeing as Harley Quinn and The Joker both play a important role as the lunatic couple. The way in which both of them are made to dress up makes it seem as if they are ecstatic in a very serious situation which highlights the type of character they are, I can tell this because there is lots of colour used in both their clothes and make ups which makes it seem as if the environment they are in is calm.
The Joker also has make up on which is not very usual for a male villain so it just highlights how unstable they are making him act, and it also implies that neither him or Harley Quinn belong in the environment they are in, they are outcasts even to the other members of the suicide squad who are dressed appropriately for this.

Lighting:

The use of low-key lighting in this scene creates more shadows and it makes it very dull which I think is done purposely to show that it is night-time but also it makes it easier for the audience to see the damage that has been done in this area. It shows us what the suicide squad are capable of. We can see this at 0.55 seconds when Harley Quinn is hanging off the helicopter.
